PAC WORKS was born due to the realization that companies could not find qualified entry-level techs that could hit the ground with the basic skills necessary to be successful as they enter the instrumentation and analyzer fields.
Additionally, techs that have been in the industry for a number of years did not have the breath of background necessary to be successful as Instrument and Analyzer Specialists.
PAC WORKS provides intensive hands-on training to entry-level techs to get them ready for entry-level jobs and offers analyzer classes to experienced technicians who were ready to move to the next level in their careers. Our instructor to student ratio is low to give the student maximum attention and advantage.
PAC WORKS Technicians learn:
Electrical troubleshooting basics
Instrument troubleshooting basics
Basics of measuring flow, pressure, level, and temperature
Analyzer and Sample Systems troubleshooting
Understanding Control Loops
PAC WORKS training is aligned with the nationally recognized curriculum. Upon completion, our students will have a wealth of new knowledge and can move forward in taking the industry standard written assessment and/or the hands-on Performance Verification (PV) for Instrumentation. The written assessment shows what you know, while the PV demonstrates what you can do.
